Screwed, Blued, and Tottoo'ed

Standard was a great place to work at one time. Great benefits, great salary, great people, overall a wonderful place to work.
And then Flight 125 was implemented. Flight 125 was a massive cost cutting program made by the company around 2007 that affected every department. People were lost through attrition, and not replaced. Every time someone was lost, we had to pick up their work. Standard decided that they'd just keep having one person do the work of three from then on.
It was a total relief to get laid off from this place.
good pay and benefits
you will work 60-70 hrs a week, and die early from job stress.
