Much to do with minor support
HAS Mental Health Clinic Supervisor (Former Employee) – Orlando, FL – August 3, 2017
The joy of working with the VA came from knowing that my fellow veterans were being served. On a typical day the work was usually filled with tasks that were urgent but I felt that the support to accomplish them were not always available.
Management were not always behind me as a supervisor when I would make my decisions. On one occasion I followed VA prodical with a patient who was out of order and management sided with the patient, although the patient was wrong.
