Good place to learn new skills- not a career
Collections Specialist (Former Employee) – West Bend, WI – February 8, 2019
When I started at Time Investment Company, I loved coming to work. I loved my manager, and my coworkers. It was structured and I was well trained. However after my 1st manager left it went downhill. When I first started, I was praised every day for how fast I was and made me feel irreplaceable. I was training new employees 3 months after I started and I felt very important. 2 managers took advantage of that and made me believe I would become a supervisor. Yet I was denied both times due to my young age. I tried making the best of my time there by creating fun things to do to unwind and destress during the day and they still use some of my methods to this day. I was let go and even though I have a lot of bad things to say about my time towards the end- Time Investment Company will still be one of my favorite jobs. I learned a lot, and did enjoy what I did every day. I wish the company the best of luck and hope they can bring back the family values they had when I started.
Good pay (commissions is fantastic), Luncheons every month, Friendly and generous owners (the best part of the company), Steady work schedule (if you are looking for one that never changes)
High turnnover rate (3 managers in 2 years and countless representatives in and out every month), High stress, No advancment opportunities (if you are under 25, good luck trying to advance), Bad management, Not flexible hours
