The hard part about this job i would have to say is getting up early. I had to be there at 4:30. The good thing about working that early i got off at 10:30 - 11:00. Allowing me to have the whole day. I was able to meet all kinds of people. I had to open the breakfast area and cook the food. I would severe and make sure all foods were at the correct temperature. Also had to keep the food full. I had to make coffee and make sure there was plenty of creamer and sugars. I kept inventory of the food. After breakfast time was over, had to wash dishes, clean the breakfast area, and kept food that we could and dispose of food that we could not keep. When i was finish with all that needed to be done I was able to leave.
