Spending a lot of time asking "Am I happy at my job?"
Customer Service Specialist (Current Employee) – Bellevue, WA – September 14, 2018
Evaluated purely on numbers, your manager will not help you improve your numbers, higher management is clueless on the day-to-day work and will put too much pressure on agents.
There have been many days that I am unhappy to come to work purely because there is a lack of consideration for the people that are on the "front lines". More can be done to make people want to come to work-- more reasonable schedules (not just 8 pure hours of picking up the phone), more compelling pay (for all that agents do to meet company goals and help their colleagues), more involved management (helps you to succeed, move up in your career, takes calls from customers every now and again to understand the importance of call quality).
Company vision is nice and i'm sure the employees in Amsterdam Headquarters enjoy it, but abroad we do not reap the same benefits.
Free coffee, great colleagues, pay is decent
Little growth, numbers focused, unhelpful management
