The pay was horrible and when you needed assistance HR didn’t seem to care. They do not have your back The schedule is not very flexible, even if you ask for a schedule change

They had pretty good support. Friendly trainers. In-depth training and lots of practice calls. I enjoyed the job. Fast paced but good pay so it was worth it.
