I became a technical customer service rep for DirecTv. At first, it was Asurion. Then, it became Iqor. The job has awesome pay, advances, and benefits. When switching over to iqor (when ATT bought DirecTv), insurance switched which was really worthless because our hospital does not accept it. The computer sysyems changed and prolonged calls which made customers furious. The job became stressful but still had good payouts.
