It would be a great place if after the training period the support that was supposed to be there actually was there. Team Leads weren't experienced enough to help employees advance, nor do they follow through with help if needed. Too much passing the buck to look better. A lot of turnover while I was employed, instead of keeping valued employees they let them go for "low" quality scores. Too high of expectations .

Sitting at a desk being yelled at all day and being graded on metrics not for me I guess
Hard to provide good customer service when you can't really help a lot of your customers
