Challening and exciting work environment

Working in Sleepy's corporate headquarters was overall a wonderful experience. From the minute i walked in the door the positive energy and greetings you recieve from your coworkers and management always made it a pleasurable environment. When starting my workday i would first check my email for any updates from my management team or any customer related concerns i had to address. Throughout the course of the day i would take calls in high volume concerning customer complaints, delivery issues, warranty support and any other concerns the customer needed assistance with. Although majority of calls were easy to get through, some were more time consuming and demanded higher assistance which at times. I would take escalated calls from my peers as well if they were unable to assist the customer and come to a resolution. It could be extremely challenging but it was rewarding when the situation is resolved and the gratitude the customers would grant which would make it all worth it.
