Management jobs have a very high volume and inordinate amount of committee commitments. Kaiser is overburdened with committees. Despite good support systems such as Administrative Assistants, secretarial support and such, report volume is excessive. Labor union contract makes innovation and staffing extremely difficult. Staffing is hardest part of job. People were most enjoyable part of job.
Too little room is left for innovation stifling change.
