Poor company culture at the plant was obvious from the beginning.
Management team did not work well together, very poor training for a manager new to the system.
Senior management pushing for results, and the team having a union made it difficult for all managers to produce the desired results.
Manager turnover out the roof, probably the worst position I have ever had.
Great company as far as benefits, and pay.
Can you survive the position to be able to claim the benefits?
