Needs to invest in more employees

The pay is very low, high turn over rate, employees are underpaid and overworked. Goals are set high and hours are unfair if you are on salary. They put the workload of 5-10 people on one person. Management needs to improve and understand that their goals will not be met without enough staff. Pay scale needs to compensate accordingly to cost of living especially in Hawaii.
They do give job opportunites to adults with disabilities.
