Reviews about Pay & Benefits for Financial Advisor in UBS
UBS is fine, but I don't like the industry
Financial Advisor | UBS Wealth Management (Former Employee) – Seattle, WA – January 9, 2019
UBS is no better or worse than any of the large wealth management firms. If you can quickly build a sizable book of business then it is a great job. If not, the compensation plan will quickly disappear
Good pay, Good benefits, Good culture, Terrible work life balance, caters more to a fresh out of college person vs a married person with younger kids. Excellent place to become a sharp FA, with alot of coaching on sales and market trends. If you can soak up all you can here, you can make it as an FA anywhere
