Best Hotel with amazing management
Front Desk Clerk (Former Employee) – Pigeon Forge, TN – September 9, 2012
A typical day would consist of checking guest in to their rooms, making cookies for guest at night, being the Manager on Duty once the GM left the property, Running reports, answering phones, assisting guest in any needs they may have. I learned how to be even more of a people pleaser, how to manage time, how to keep my cool in high stressful situations. Now the Management was A+. The GM went above and beyond any boss i have ever had and would take the time to help you improve who you are not just for the company but for yourself. They actually cared where you wanted to be in a year, 5 years, 10 years, etc. The hardest part was the stressed out clients that would cuss you out in your face. But the best part was seeing the numerous guest that would leave happy and have a great vacation because of the extra mile that i put in.
management, company, guest i was able to meet.
high stress at times.
