Productive workplace with great guests and ammenties
Hotel Front Desk Clerk (Current Employee) – Fort Myers, FL – December 9, 2014
A typical day at work included a high volume of calls and reservations. I was trained in a hospitality system called Opera. The system was very detailed and though took a couple weeks to get used to, was a very great system. Management was always on top of things, making sure t's were crossed and i's were dotted. They also made sure everyone was accountable. The hardest part was dealing with very high end clients who demanded what they wanted and when they wanted it, sometimes unreasonable. Overall, it was an adjustment that I had to do. However my customer service skills were fine tuned and I enjoyed the challenge.
