Verizon Is a Good Company BUT!!!!!
General Manager (Former Employee) – Atlanta, GA – October 12, 2018
I enjoyed my time at Verizon, but Verizon really should stop alienating some of its top talent
What I mean by that, is with all the necessary business changes, don't discount the people that have been the voice for the C-Level leaders and higher
Too much work load and not enough compensation and lack of adequate staffing to support the retail location so that the run efficiently and effectively is taking a vital toll on the managers. Please make sure that you show them that you all are considering their recommendations and improving the store level processes in order to give the necessary time for coaching and development which should be the key part of their daily requirements.
