Difficult as a first job, manageable as a veteran
Donor/Greeter (Former Employee) – North Port, FL – July 4, 2017
Overall, it wasn't a terrible job. Though hard, it gave benefits other entry-level jobs did not permit. However, the scheduling and atmosphere of the workplace can seriously mentally and physically drain a person. Most would say depending on the work, it gets easier, but even the pricers have a difficult time, what with increasing workloads and managerial pressure. Pay was average, though I felt it did not reflect what work we did on a few occasions.
Basically retail/customer service.
All benefits at Entry Level, PTO at 3 months, accepts ex cons/downtrodden
Stressful and fast-paced, often hard work, flexible scheduling, short breaks
