I love my client. That’s why I’m still here. Never give pto. Even bough I work 70 h a week some weeks. I submit paperwork. They lose it. Had to send my cpr cards four times. My nursing license three. If I request time off (a day for a doc two weeks in advance) they don’t staff my client which is so sad and reflects on me. They told me one thing in writing and went on back on the promise of my rate of pay and pto. They never inform me on a client status or train me before I go to see a new client for a fill in. Ever.
