I wouldn’t recommend working for Saber.
Nurse (Current Employee) – Pennsylvania – October 13, 2018
Poor communication from corporate management and facility management. No accountability. Many staff that deserve discipline or termination aren’t let go because they are warm bodies. The company states that their focus is resident care, however they eliminated key positions ultimately impacting resident care. The job duties of those eliminated have been delegated to others or aren’t being done. This has caused increased negativity and stress in the work place. There was no real thought or planning when eliminating these positions. Our facility was acquired by Saber several months ago and the roll out of new processes and policies has been poor. Many of the staff want to do their job efficiently, but don’t have the tools to do so. The Benefits are ok and PTO is poor. They don’t match 401k and there has been no word on possible raises. Those of us that do our jobs well end up with more job duties to compensate for those who don’t fulfill there duties as assigned.
Poor management, lack of accountability, not enough PTO, significant staffing cuts
