Overall my experience at the Bridges of Appleton was okay, advancement opportunities are plentiful due to large turn around rates and job security is good due to poor management. They don't enforce the rules that keep the good ones around. Such as good attendance. They have recently begun hiring cnas and rec aides who can choose their own days and hours and holidays. This is unfair to those who have worked there for years. They also raised beginning wage quite a bit. So, for newcomers The Bridges of Appleton is a wonderful place to work, for the seasoned employees not so much which is why I am moving on.
