Typical day handing tardy student and attendance for the first periods to send the home phones regarding student absent. Parents come in and go also either to help, take home a student, or meeting with an Administrator. However, every time I had to check there IDs and verified in the system the student they are relative. At all time, including visitors such as Social workers and Green Dot staff IDs had to be check. When the Parent coordinator and the Operation Manger are in a meeting I will be in charge of the front office answering phone calls, taken messages, check out students, making some copies, provide students with there medicine, etc. Since I was former student I am well-known in the office and it was easy to work as a team. I enjoy every minute and be able to be a huge help in the office. The hardest was attending angry parents and learning everything at the beginning of the school year. However, I was able to learn quickly and as I repeated the same task I was more successful.
Lovely co-workers, lots of food, friendly environment, and busy
