My typical day at work was making sure that patients demographics were correct.If patient has questions about their bill we where the first ones to answer them.
Customer Service is a big advancement in a job. A patient knows just by tone of voice what your mood is. Always smile.
Management was good at times but others I felt as if they has their picks
Co workers were great, loved to work with them.
The hardest part of the job was learning how to answer multiple phone lines
The most enjoyable part of my job was drama free
