Do you like being treated like a dog?
Patient Care Coordinator (Current Employee) – Lexington, KY – April 16, 2019
Management here is TERRIBLE! When they hire you they tell you all about career advancements and raises then 6 months in they announce no more raises or bounes. On top of that they hurry up and hire a bunch of NEW managers to run a very COMPLICATED practice. They will try to promote you and cross train you in positions but tell you that you won't receive any extra compensation for working two jobs! This company does not care about its employees. I took the job and was promised 3 days a week working and 4 days off along with a raise at my year and so much more and havent seen ANY of it. I worked 3 days for awhile but now to make up for the loss of employees due to VERY POOR management they are having current employees work like dogs in multiple positions so they don't have to hire more people. This company lost a $5 MILLION lawsuit due to FRAUD and guess who's suffering and paying for it? Their employees inside the practices but NOT the employees at their home office or the new CEO they just hired. Turn over is so bad in the company that you are constantly training someone who will quit in the next month. I've been with the company for over a year and NEVER have I felt so underappreciated by someone! They would rather hire outside of the company and train someone new then to give the position to someone in the company and then not even properly train your new co worker but instead just throw them out to the wolves so they have no idea what they are doing and everyone gets frustrated. If you currently work for them and get promoted, theres no raise and twice the work. Breaks are a joke, they constantly push you to take a break but pack your schedule so much that you have to use the bathroom your pants while your working and a break isn't possible. Of course they complain to you when you don't take your breaks because they are only worried about getting in trouble! If you want us to be able to take a break, then make time for it! I've meet some amazing people through the company and my pay was decent but those are the ONLY pros to working with this company. Also, they micro management so much it's like someone is standing over your shoulder telling you exactly how to do your job and you do it perfectly but they still make changes and tell you that your wrong all the time. Also, if you complain to any hire ups they DO NOTHING or talk to your manager and then your manager will ask why you complained to them and not even fix the problem (Yes this actually happened, took a complain to HR and HR told that person my complaint who I was (which is a break in the whole "confidential" aspect) and the manager bascially wanted to know why i was trying to get them in trouble instead of working on the actual real issue that didnt even pertain to THEM). This company offers NOTHING for their employees. No match back on retirement, benefits are terrible, the dental plan they offer has a missing tooth clause AND pays next to nothing at their own company (similar insurances pay more then your dental plan if you were to have the work done at Immediadent), no raises, work you as much and as hard as they can, NO PROPER TRAINING FOR NEW EMPLOYEES so as the elder you are forced to pick up their slack, fix their mistakes, and take blame for their mistakes, no set hours (its suppose to be 3 12 hours but you dont know the days until they post the schedule (which is a month in advance and that is pretty nice), and lately they try to split your days up so you work 3 10s and then come in a 4th or 5th day and work 3-9 or 9-3), no job Security, and every single day is unpredictable with the schedule, management, and patients. There is no structure at Immediadent.
Pay, Get the schedule a month in advance
No life work balance, No raises, No promotions unless you want twice the work and no pay, MANAGEMENT is TERRIBLE, Micro management, NO Job Security
