Good benefits, car, discounts, PTO. Work after work - hard to find balance. High expectations sometimes unrealistic. Pay is less than other companies in same position. Experience depends on manager and counterparts. Good way to start in the industry. Numbers didn't always reflect the work put in - frustrating.
