Do not work at the Kennesaw facility if you value your time
Production Supervisor (Former Employee) – Kennesaw, GA – January 4, 2017
The place doesn't know what work life balance is. They are under staffed for peak season production and will not move above their minimum staffing "in case demand goes down". You'll be required to work 60+ hours a week from May-October. Other weeks are bad as well and with little notice.
The plant management isn't bad but the managers outside the facility cause the place to bad.
Other bad issues:
With the lack of time comes lack of ability to mentor hourly people, conduct training, and improve processes
Technology is 20+ years old with little desire to improve the technology or the poorly maintained equipment.
Management has little to no chance to succeed which causes most managers to be fired eventually.
No life balance, lack of promotion/pay raises, no chance to succeed, company only cares about stock prices
