when work flow is heavy when staffing is low there are unrealistic goals to get some of the work done by a specific time frame. I have worked for other home care agencies that give you a more realistic time frame for work to be completed. It would not be that bad if the charting wasn't so repetitive. The good things are they offer semi decent benefits and good pay but they dont offer tuition reimbursement which most corporations do. they don't consistently have a full staff which makes it very hard on the other employees if they could keep staffing up it would definitely be a better place to work and more satisfaction from the employees and better outcomes with patient satisfaction as well.
