I was faced with customers all day every day, but what walks into the store will not fulfill your quota in most stores. You need to be on the phone, actively selling. There are lots of resources and help. Lots of flexibility. Management supported me, co-workers worked as a team. For me, the hardest part of the job was being assertive about sales and assuming the sales. The most rewarding part was solving problems, helping customers achieve their goals, and nerding out with fellow techies.
