The hype is an overstatement
Sales Support Agent (Former Employee) – Cutler Ridge, FL – October 23, 2018
When I started, I thought it would be a well-organized, professional environment with the mentality that if the employee is happy, there is more production, which in turn, helps the company succeed. Unfortunately, this is not the case. The facility was dirty (training rooms and general area smelled musty, and there were carpet stains all over the place), making the work environment sub-standard and unhealthy. Many computers were constantly broken, which made it almost impossible to log in on time because one was always searching for a place to sign in to. This became more of an issue when there was a training class and there were sections cut off from the general staff to provide live-access to the new trainees. The most enjoyable part of the job was the management because against all odds, they did attempt to guide us in a way that would enhance our production. I also learned that although they promise you will be getting health benefits after the 90 day probation period, you have to physically seek out human resources personnel to fill out the paperwork after the 90 days (and this is not an easy task because you get 2 -10 minute bathroom breaks and one 30 minute lunch break during your work-day, and if you go over that time, you get penalized and lose your commission). In other words, I was there more than 90 days and never got health insurance.
