Daytona Toyota has the best pay scale in town. Good, but expensive insurance plan. Cutthroat, but great sales team. Management was terrible. ( typical family run, incestuous environment) Lots of help from your co- workers, stagnate, good-old-boy management system. Sales are at the bottom of the industry compared to Toyota nationally. NO TRAINING. NO TRAINING. NO TRAINING. If they say they will train you, don't believe it. The training manager was a joke. I hated the "pounders"-- yes.ten.pounder.meant.ten.thousand.dollar.profit.on.one.deal.
There is room for a legitimate profit and customer satisfaction to coexist. Worst dealership I've ever worked at, but great pay plan.
Co-workers are great, pay plan-- best of the best
No training, takes advantage of customers
