This was once a nice family run business that was one of the top 100 Employers in FL. Due to poor decisions on contracts they went thru bankruptcy and restructuring. They are now corporate America and have just started the micro managing era. They will tell about uncapped commissions and great benefits and that you can easily make $2,000to $5,000 per month commission. Hmmmm, if the job were that easy then why do they have such high turnover. Average commission is more in the $300-$400 range. Look at the other reviews and you be the judge. Lots of recent employees being fired due to fraud Most enjoyable part of day was clocking out and leaving for home
40 hour flexible work week is ONLY Pro
Total favoritism when it comes to advancement, Poor Benefits and commission structure, Management is only worried about the bottom line and the employees are now numbers, Massive turnover Lots of items being stolen
