The people on your sales team have a really good relationship with each other. Monday-Friday is usually 10am to 8pm with an hour lunch at 3 or 4. Saturdays are optional but almost everyone goes out Saturday morning and leave at 4. Everyone on the sales team gets company apartments, they have some strict rules but its all for the means of being the utmost professional you can be. The company is very heavily focused on you being a better sales, training all the time leads to a sharper faster salesman. As a sales rep you make 20% of every contract. Branch management is a mess. The service professionals are taken more seriously than the sales reps that find the customers and are actually putting in the work to get them clients.
