I used to love my job, then I transferred to a new store. There I got promised the AGM title one month. If not then, then the next. It never came. Crew members thought I was getting paid LOADS, when the only raise I got was the given raise from a crew member to management. I was doing so much extra work without the compensation. Then, when I did ask for my rightful money, I was denied it because the messed up store that I got transferred to without my permission was messed up. Inventory was messed up, secret shopper scores were messed up, our steritech wasn't announced yet, and our labor SUCKED. And somehow that was my fault? I expected to transfer over there with that title. And you can't even give me AT LEAST a dollar raise when this is a multi billion dollar company. I stressed myself out for this company. When my GM was gone, I held down the store. No one else knew how! And I got nothing for it. No recognition no raise. But I do one little thing wrong or mess up even just a little bit, and everything is my fault.

Overall, I had a good experience here. Its had its ups and downs but it's an overall good place to work. You get free food, the people are really nice and the customers are usually in a good mood

We always get the short end with how short staffed they are. they need the people and are quick to promote and is a good place when its not shrt staffed.
