Reviews about Pay & Benefits for Store Manager in ALDI
Great pay, but quickly not worth it.
Store Manager (Former Employee) – Chicago, IL – July 21, 2019
This job is great for bread winners who have no problem living without a work/life balance. For those who care about that, there is absolutely none. No set schedule, and very rarely do you leave on time. If it’s busy? Your break can wait. Your shift ended? Sorry, there’s still work to be done. Those who should have a voice, don’t. Always requiring more for no extra compensation.
Fast-paced & high-stress environment, but rewarding pay
STORE MANAGER (Current Employee) – Blue Springs, MO – July 15, 2019
My time at ALDI has been enjoyable, but it can be a very intense job. They compensate well for this, however, via pay & benefits. I would not recommend anyone working for the company, unless they are prepared for a high stress environment and handle that well.
Store Manager (Former Employee) – Neptune City, NJ – May 25, 2019
