Great benefits and culture
Store Manager (Former Employee) – VA – April 12, 2017
Benefits and culture are superb with this company. However, they don't pay enough for the work you are doing and there is not enough job openings to accommodate your skills. If there were, I would have stayed there.
STORE MANAGER / SALES (Current Employee) – Ventura, CA – September 24, 2014
On any given day I have the opportunity to change someone's day. I get to connect with a diverse clientele on a daily basis. The "grass roots" flexible marketing channels allows my store to immerse our presence inside the community to reach a larger target audience.
