Not for the faint of heart
Supervisor (Former Employee) – Pueblo, CO – September 9, 2017
At the time they were working for AT&T and DirecTV, which is the main client that I worked for. The work pace is fast, those who cannot keep up or left behind, those who want to move forward are faced with many obstacles as there's not room for much advancement. Compensation is fine at the supervisor level, for the first year however I would recommend asking for a $2 raise afterwards as a stress can become overwhelming, when you're working in a sales based environment based on a bill paying Department. My experience won't be yours as they do not have AT&T or DirecTV anymore, but this is how it was when I was there.
