High turnover though good pay proves there is problems

The location in Dewitt has a 1.2 on glassdoor for a reason. Besides the heat the job isn't too hard. It is how they treat people that gives them over a 50% turnover rate. Be prepared to run short frequently, work 4 required overtime days a month and be blamed for normal human errors. Constantly losing long time employees and struggling to keep new ones. The company has changed 3 years after Koch industries bought them. Management is untrustworthy and supervisors last about two years. Most supervisors and managers are from the outside so if advancement is what you are looking for you won't find much here. No collaboration and safety is important unless...
