Positive and efficient workplace with supportive people
Team Member (Current Employee) – Phoenix, AZ – July 5, 2017
When one gets to work, they know what they'll do for the day almost immediately, and everyone is assigned new positions often after you've been trained in them, so it doesn't become boring or monotonous. While working here I learned how to handle money and became much better at multitasking and prioritizing. The management contributes to the workplace culture a lot, by always being involved and easy to talk to, and they always gave people goals and helped other employees in general when they seemed to be having a hard time. I never felt talked down to, inferior, or excluded by my coworkers or managers. As with most customer service jobs, the customers were both the hardest part of the job and most enjoyable. There are guests who can make your day and make you feel genuinely appreciated, but there are also guests who have been having a bad day and become especially rude even when you're really trying your best. Even still, it's difficult for guests to ruin your day when there's a crew of people helping you and supporting you in being your best.
