Great place to work, but can be demanding

I found working there was a great fit, you are given a team leader who you can consult, confide in.
if your goals exceeded you were rewarded for that as a team and not an individual, A+
your provided with alot of resources in resolving the customers issues online and if thats not enough you have your team manager and other team members ready to jump in and assists
downside is that you do have rude customers on the other end, which is understandable, you need to be able to adapt to any situation and not take things literally, by the end of the day, you should be able to walk out of those doors with your head held high knowing you helped someone today
different lunch options and depending on how demanding the work load is, lunch was provided to all employees
feedback from customers, and sometimes not enough help on the production floor when needed, mostly evenings
