I think this organization is very good for a beginner entering the field. I do, however, think that their current policy regarding sick days / leave / emergencies needs to be changed. Currently, for the hourly employee, you get 03 'occurrences' a YEAR to be sick, have something come up or some kind of emergency. Any more than 03 occurrences is grounds to get you terminated.
Overall, however, they have strong management, they're willing to give first-timers a chance and they have decent benefits.
