Great benefits but you're stuck

Cengage reels you in with really great benefits. The hours aren't bad, the time off starting out is awesome and you earn more weeks quickly (by your two year anniversary you have 3 weeks of paid time off a year). The problem is that there isn't a lot of room for advancement, especially in tech support. This group really isn't respected and it's hard to move out of tech support because they are always incredibly understaffed. Rushes (the beginnings of school semesters) are hellish but the rest of the year stays pretty low-key. It's not a dream job but the pros typically outweigh the cons.
