-I learned a lot from my managers and colleagues, I learned about how to handle headcount, call traffic, manager obligations, coaching and feedback.
-Management is the worst I have ever seen in my call center experience, team managers really care about their agents, but senior team managers and operation manager, did not involve with agents and just keep pushing them to the breaking point, they fail to keep a healthy work environment
