Not a career-worthy place, but not bad. Take all the training you can get while you're there and be ready to move on when the time comes.
>Training is excellent. Advancement is not. You can be totally overqualified for your position and never see a mentionable pay raise.
>Management is lousy and have a general disregard for morale of lower ranking employees. Good lower management is driven off by oppressive upper management. Bad lower management drives off employees and customers.
>Good benefits. Insurance not all that great but paid time off is.
>Will insure tools if you make a detailed inventory.
>The "safety culture" gives the impression of having more to do with winning lawsuits.
>Personal life/work life balance is very poor.
>Standard Repair Times are unrealistic. You get in the habit of making fictitious tasks to keep efficiency-obsessed management off your back.
>Work boot allowance of...i think it's $120 now
Good training, OK benefits, will insure tools, work boot allowance
Difficult to advance, SRTs too short, poor management
