Underappreciated staff; Poorly managed; Decent fringe benefits with Esop

Techs are underappreciated and treated as if they are a dime a dozen. Management lacks tact when it comes to training, encouraging positive morale, and creating organization within the office. Jobs were randomly and unnecessarily threatened many times due to egotistical mindsets from upper management. Office seemed to stay understaffed with a high turnover rate and intentionally slow hiring process. Management lies and seems to want to advance themself at the expense of the general staff. The office manager is a narcissistic jerk who's only job is to evaluate profit margins. No one seems to stick around more than 5 years or so.
Good fringe benefits and company stock options
Poor management, training, pay, and overall morale.
