Micromanagement at it's core

Everything is scrutinized beyond belief. Just implemented 401k at 3% max, and only if you make less than 150K per year. Meetings with executive team regularly end with you fearing for your job (I get saving money long term, but what they said was just uncalled for).
They do offer in-house training with in-house certicates, but those aren't useful outside of this organization.
Management doesn't like us talking with or being friendly with the client, as they belief it's overstepping their authority.
They will tell you to move to your client or you are out of a job, with little middle ground.
HR are great salespeople, but when you join your realize it was all a smokescreen.
