Fast pace, changing environment, and very challenging

My job duties were from dealing with customers one on one. Clients would come into office or call over telephone ask questions on case. Help clients with any questions and help them with making copies, faxing, and mailing pending information client is turning in for their case worker. Helped out any clerical staff if needed help teamwork is key for clerical staff. Helped with special assignments with Program Managers and also Regional Directors. Was Clerk IV is assistant to Unit Supervisor ran reports, kept track of trainees, prepare paperwork for new employees, schedule appointments for Job Interviews, open and date stamped mail. The hardest part of job is when other co-workers don't work good in team work situations. The most enjoyable part of the job is the dealing with client and customer services.
