Had the pleasure of working a rotational schedule in the field on challenging projects. I found most of my peers to be bright, motivated people who were enjoyable to work with.
The work was technically challenging and I felt like I was put in an environment to succeed.
The downside of the company is that you are in the oil and gas industry and therefore subjected to the highs and lows of the industry and all the layoffs and uncertainty that come with it. The company also feels very behind the curve when it comes to adopting new technology and processes.
