Full job description

Visual Specialist (Real Estate Photo, Video & Drone)

Company: WolfReel Media LLC

Location: New Hampshire

Job Type: [Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract]

Pay Range: $22.00 – $35.00 per hour (depending on experience & portfolio)

About Us

At WolfReel Media LLC, we don’t just take pictures—we craft high-impact visual stories that sell lifestyles. We blend cinematic production value with modern marketing strategies to help top-tier realtors stand out, win listings, and build unforgettable personal brands. We move fast, value creative autonomy, and pride ourselves on executing production to the highest standard.

If you know how to capture a property's best angles from both the ground and 400 feet in the air, we want you on our crew.

The Mission

As a Visual Specialist at WolfReel, your primary goal is collaborating directly with real estate professionals to craft unique, jaw-dropping photography and videography content.

This isn't just about capturing rooms; it’s about capturing a feeling. You will be responsible for translating a physical space into digital content that stops the scroll, captures buyer attention, and elevates our realtor clients above their competition.

We are seeking a full-time Real Estate Photographer & Videographer to join our expert team at WolfReel. This hybrid role is based in Central New Hampshire, with the flexibility to perform some tasks remotely. The daily responsibilities include capturing high-quality photographs and videos of residential and commercial properties, creating aerial drone content, and producing 3D virtual tours. The role may also involve post-production editing, collaborating with clients to ensure their unique needs are met, and contributing to visual content strategy to effectively promote properties. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with creative vision to deliver compelling visual media aligned with client goals.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Real Estate Capture: Execute high-end interior/exterior architectural photography (including bracketed/HDR workflows) and cinematic video walkthroughs.
  • Aerial Drone Operations: Plan and conduct safe, legally compliant commercial drone flights to capture stunning property overviews, neighborhood context, and cinematic aerial reveals.
  • Social & Marketing Content: Keep a "marketer's mindset" on set. Capture trendy, vertical b-roll (Reels/TikToks) alongside traditional horizontal features to help realtors maximize their digital footprint.
  • Client Collaboration: Work confidently on-site with realtors and homeowners, maintaining a professional, friendly, and efficient presence.
  • Filming short videos and social media reels.

What We’re Looking For (Job Requirements):

  • FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (Mandatory): Must hold an active license with a deep understanding of commercial airspace regulations and a flawless safety record.
  • Real Estate Portfolio: A proven track record and portfolio showing a strong eye for vertical/horizontal composition, property lighting, staging awareness, and smooth camera movements.
  • Marketing Savvy: Familiarity with digital marketing trends. You understand what makes a listing video engaging and how to showcase a real estate agent’s personality on camera.
  • Gear Literacy: Experience operating professional drones (DJI ecosystem) and modern mirrorless camera systems (Sony, Canon, Lumix, etc.).
  • Reliability: Punctual, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable to fluid real estate schedules and changing weather conditions.

Why Join WolfReel Media?

  • Competitive Pay: $22.00 to $35.00 per hour, based heavily on your efficiency, portfolio depth, and technical mastery.
  • Creative Freedom: Work on a diverse array of beautiful properties and creative branding projects.
  • Growth Potential: Access to premium production pipelines and clear avenues to scale your career alongside a growing agency.

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Commuter assistance
  • Flexible schedule
  • Paid time off
  • Professional development assistance
  • Referral program
