Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction utility, concrete and restoration work.
  • Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and job sites.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure personal safety and the safety of others on the job site.
  • Operate hand tools and power tools as directed by supervisors.
  • Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.

Skills

  • Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
  • Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship.
