Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing Pulmonary & Critical Care team, providing advanced care in the ICU/CCU setting . This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced physicians in a collaborative, high-acuity environment focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

● Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and management of critically ill patients

● Manage ventilators, critical care drips, and complex pulmonary conditions

● Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams

● Participate in daily rounds, care planning, and discharge coordination

● Document patient care accurately and timely in the EMR

● Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans

Qualifications

● Current NP or PA license in the State of Oregon

● Board certification required

● ICU, CCU, or critical care experience strongly preferred

● Strong clinical decision-making and procedural skills

● Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
