Full job description
We have more leads than we can handle.
Most mortgage companies hire loan officers, hand them a rate sheet, and tell them to go find their own business. We did the opposite. We built the business first — a complete realtor-relationship and lead-generation platform that no other mortgage company is offering its current loan officers — and now we need experienced people to close what's already flowing.
Here's what we built — and what you step into on day one:
- Content days for our realtor partners at multi-million-dollar listings.
- Monthly Lunch & Earns™ hosting 50–75 realtors in our office.
- VIP social media events that turn agent relationships into steady referral pipelines.
- Warm company leads — past clients ready to refinance and buyers referred by agents who already trust us. Not internet form-fills.
We bring the realtors. We bring the leads. You close the business. No other mortgage company is handing its loan officers a platform like this — built, funded, and already producing.
And it works with what you already have. Bring your book. Your past clients and existing agent relationships don't get left at the door — our system plugs them in, reactivates the database you've already built, and turns the relationships you already own into recurring business. We don't replace your network. We multiply it.
Who we're looking for
We're not looking for the highest producer in your market — the system produces the volume; that's the whole point. We're looking for the experienced, motivated loan officer who's open to new ideas, who shows up consistently for the agent relationships, and who's ready to close warm business instead of grinding for cold business.
If you're done hitting a ceiling on hustle alone, and you recognize that the only thing standing between you and a real career is a system you've never had access to — this is that system.
Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Loan Officer to join our financial services team. The ideal candidate will guide clients through the loan process, assess creditworthiness, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. This role requires strong sales skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of mortgage products and underwriting procedures. The Loan Officer will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their financial goals while maintaining adherence to all applicable policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate loan applications by analyzing financial data, credit reports, and supporting documentation
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate loan products based on their financial needs and goals
- Conduct negotiations to secure favorable terms for clients while ensuring compliance with FNMA, TILA, Fair Housing regulations, and other industry standards
- Prepare and review loan contracts, disclosures, and related documentation using financial software such as Arive and other banking tools
- Collaborate with underwriters, mortgage servicing teams, escrow officers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth loan processing and origination
- Ensure all loan files are complete, accurate, and compliant with federal and state regulations including TILA and fair lending laws
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory changes to provide expert guidance to clients
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Build and nurture realtor relationships through our content days, Lunch & Earns, and VIP events to grow a consistent referral pipeline
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar financial sales role within the mortgage or banking industry
- Active NMLS license
- Strong background in loan origination, processing, underwriting, and credit analysis
- Familiarity with FNMA guidelines, mortgage servicing procedures, escrow processes, and relevant regulations such as TILA and Fair Housing laws
- Proficiency with financial software including Arive, mortgage software systems, and 10-key data entry
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
- Basic math skills essential for credit assessment and financial calculations
- Prior experience working with contracts, banking procedures, escrow accounts, and financial services is highly desirable
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations to ensure compliance during all client interactions
This is an opportunity for an experienced Loan Officer who wants warm leads, real realtor relationships, and a platform built to produce — not another job that hands you a phone and wishes you luck. If that's you, apply now. We're selecting the right people, and we'd like to find out if you're one of them.
